Verify Your Email Address

A verified email address is required in order to use ProKnow. If you have not yet verified your email address, check your email account for a message with the subject "Verify your email." Click on the verification link to verify your email and then return to the ProKnow page to continue signing in.

If a verification email was not delivered to your account, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Press the Send Verification Email button and wait one minute for the email to arrive.
  2. Check your spam folder.
  3. Add to your contact list in your email account, and press the Send Verification Email button again. This often helps to inform spam filters that the email is from a trusted sender and should be allowed through.
  4. Contact the administrator that manages your email service and tell them that a verification email from is not being delivered to your inbox.
