A verified email address is required in order to use ProKnow. If you have not yet verified your email address, check your email account for a message with the subject "Verify your email." Click on the verification link to verify your email and then return to the ProKnow page to continue signing in.
If a verification email was not delivered to your account, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Press the Send Verification Email button and wait one minute for the email to arrive.
- Check your spam folder.
- Add email@example.com to your contact list in your email account, and press the Send Verification Email button again. This often helps to inform spam filters that the email is from a trusted sender and should be allowed through.
- Contact the administrator that manages your email service and tell them that a verification email from firstname.lastname@example.org is not being delivered to your inbox.
