How do I use ProKnow if my work PC browser is old or does not have internet?

We suggest that you use another machine that uses a supported browser and has internet access to download and extract necessary data (instructions, datasets, etc.) onto a thumbdrive and then move the files to your TPS (for planning or contouring). To upload data, you can work in reverse by getting files created by your TPS on a thumbdrive and transferring them to ProKnow using another computer.

Note: Keep in mind that your IT department may explicitly prohibit transferring files from external sources without their express permission or knowledge, so make sure you are properly following all internal procedures when transferring files to and from your network.
