As a user belonging to an organization, you may choose to leave an organization at any point. Note, however, that leaving an organization may result in you losing access to private resources (e.g., Private Plan Studies, Private Contouring Structures) and/or premium memberships. Please take care before removing yourself from an organization.
Leave an Organization as an Owner, Manager, or Member
The following steps describes the process for removing yourself from an organization as an owner, manager or member:

In the top right corner of ProKnow, click your profile name, then click My Organizations:

From the My Organizations page, click on the particular organization that you wish to leave:

From the organization page, click the People tab to see a list of all users within the organization:

Find your name within the list of users (the search box can help find your name if there are many people in the organization), click on the management dropdown, then click on the Leave option (note, if you are not an owner or manager, this will be the only option available):

You will be prompted to make sure that you wish to leave the organization, click on the Leave button to confirm leaving the organization:
Leave an Organization as a Collaborator
As a collaborator, you are unable to see other members of the organization. As such, the process of leaving the organization is slightly different. The following steps describes the process for removing yourself from an organization as an collaborator:

In the top right corner of ProKnow, click your profile name, then click My Organizations:

From the My Organizations page, click on the particular organization that you wish to leave:

From the organization page, click the People tab. Once there, click the Leave Organization button to leave the organization:

You will be prompted to make sure that you wish to leave the organization, click on the Leave button to confirm leaving the organization:
