Organization owners and managers have the ability to manage customizable announcement areas for the Contouring Accuracy and Plan Study modules in ProKnow. When enabled, these areas look something like this:
Viewing Announcements for an Organization
The following steps describe the process for viewing announcements within an organization and accessing the announcement management controls (if you are an owner or manager of the organization to which the user belongs).

In the top right corner of ProKnow, click your profile name, then click My Organizations:

From the My Organizations page, click on the particular organization that you wish to manage:

From the organization page, click the Manage tab to access the management panel:

From the Manage tab, click the Announcement category under Contouring Accuracy Program or Plan Study Program:
Enabling and Updating Announcements
The following steps describe the process for enabling and updating announcements within an organization.

Begin by following instructions for Viewing Announcements for an Organization. This will take you to the Announcement panel under the Contouring Accuracy Program or Plan Study Program sections.

Switch the announcements panel to active by toggling the switch to the "active" state.

Update the content using the editing tools and the preview area. Press the Update button when finished.

Disabling Announcements
The following steps describe the process for disabling announcements within an organization.

Begin by following instructions for Viewing Announcements for an Organization. This will take you to the Announcement panel under the Contouring Accuracy Program or Plan Study Program sections.

Switch the announcements panel to inactive by toggling the switch to the "inactive" state.
