Managing Contouring Accuracy and Plan Study Access

Organization owners and managers have the ability to manage access to private plan studies and contouring accuracy instances.

Viewing the Current Access Configuration

The following steps describe the process for viewing access configurations for plan studies and contouring accuracy instances (if you are an owner or manager of the organization).

1. In the top right corner of ProKnow, click your profile name, then click My Organizations:

   

2. From the My Organizations page, click on the particular organization that you wish to manage:

   

3. From the organization page, click the Manage tab to access the management panel:

   

4. From the Manage tab, click the Access Configuration category under Contouring Accuracy Program or Plan Study Program sections.

5. Using the dropdown, select a study or contouring instance from the list. The main view will update to display the current access configuration.

   • Entire Organization: All users in the organization (i.e., all owners, managers, members, and collaborators) have access to the plan study or contouring instance.
   • Organization Members-Only: All members in the organization (i.e., excludes collaborators) have access to the plan study or contouring instance.
   • Specific Organization Groups: Members and collaborators will only have access to the plan study or contouring instance if they belong to at least one of the specified groups.

Updating Access Configurations

The following steps describe the process for updating access configurations for plan studies and contouring accuracy instances (if you are an owner or manager of the organization).

1. Follow the steps above for Viewing the Current Access Configuration.
2. For the Access field, choose from one of the 3 available options:
   • Entire Organization: All users in the organization (i.e., all owners, managers, members, and collaborators) have access to the plan study or contouring instance.
   • Organization Members-Only: All members in the organization (i.e., excludes collaborators) have access to the plan study or contouring instance.
   • Specific Organization Groups: Members and collaborators will only have access to the plan study or contouring instance if they belong to at least one of the specified groups.
3. If Specific Organization Groups was selected, add or remove groups to and from the groups table below as needed. Groups may be added using the Add Group dropdown. Groups may be removed by clicking the "remove" link in the Action column for the group you wish to remove.
   
4. Press the Update Plan Study Access or Update Contouring Instance Access button to save your changes.
