If you are getting a message that the zip file is empty when you try to extract the files, it probably means the file was corrupted during download. This can sometimes happen when you are using certain browser versions that handle file downloads differently from most other browsers. To get around this issue try the following:
- Verify that you have the most recent version of your browser installed. If not, try to update your browser and then download the zip file again.
- Try to use a different browser entirely and then download the zip file again. For example, if you are using Firefox, try Internet Explorer or Chrome.
