What if the provided RT structure set contains contours for a couch already?

If the DICOM RT Structure Set provided (i.e. target and OAR contours) happens to have contours for a treatment couch already, and that treatment couch is not the same as your treatment device, then simply remove those contours and instead use the appropriate couch contours/model that you have stored in your TPS.
